sebenarnya segala sesuatu yang ada didunia ini adalah tangkapan pancaindra kita,yang sebenarnya adalah hal yang semu.bukan sejati.tangkapan pancaindra itu lalu sama kita pikir dalam-dalam dan kemudian kita masukkan kedalam hati yang lama kelamaan akan membuat kita sering memikirkannya dan akhirnya kita bersandar pada apa yang menjadi keyakinan kita,padahal itu slah karna belum tentu yang kita yakini dari tangkapan pancaindra kita adal h benar karna sifatnya masih semu.
ini akibatnya fatal kalau yang kita fikirkan adalah hal negatif yang akan membuat tenaga fan fikiran kita terkuras yang akan membuat kita stres.
Selain itu,penyakit akan berdatangan seperti ,penyakit maag.Penyebab penyakit maag disebabkan 2 hal yaitu karna telat makan dan stres.Stres disini mengakibatkan asam lambung meningkat yang mengakibatkan maag terjadi dan kambuh.kalau dibiarkan terus menerus mengakibatkan maag akut ,trus maag kronis dan bisa lari ke lever.sunguh berbahaya .Untuk itu,atasi stres dengan pintar dan bijak,jangan terlalu difikrkan sesuatu masalah terlalu mendalam,lakukan pengobatan secara medis dan secara rohani dengan cara mendekatkan diri kepada Tuhan,memohon kesembuhan dan meminta kesabaran serta keikhlasan atas penyakit yang diderita dan meminta dijauhkan dari hati yang tidak ridha atas penyakit yang diderita.
